在使用 Alienware 遊戲耳機之前，有兩種情況必須先安裝 AWCC：
案例 1：
如果使用者是首次將 Alienware 遊戲專用耳機連接至電腦，則會使用最新版本自動安裝 AWCC。如果電腦有舊版的 AWCC 6.x，或是電腦上未安裝 AWCC，則會顯示以下通知。
一旦通知達到 100%，AWCC 安裝就會完成。
注意：Dell Technologies 建議您在安裝完成後將電腦重新開機。
案例 2：
如果使用者已安裝 AWCC v5.x 或更早版本，則會顯示下列訊息：

- 按 一下立即更新 以繼續安裝最新版本的 AWCC

- 成功安裝後，必須重新開機電腦
