在 Windows 開始功能表>群組 EMC> 功能表圖示 Unisphere VNX 管理啟動器中，呼叫 Visual Basic 指令檔來設定環境。Dell 的安全性原則已從工作站中移除 Visual Basic。依照步驟下載、安裝並執行 VNX Unisphere Client Launcher。
  1. 尋找、下載並安裝包含 Java 和 Firefox 的新 VNX Unisphere Client Launcher。
  2. 搜尋 Dell 的產品支援庫下載 VNX Unisphere Client 1.3.21.1.0322-1

  1. 在預設位置 C：\Program Files （x86）\EMC\Unisphere VNX Management Launcher 中執行並安裝。
  2. 在管理員模式下啟動 cmd 提示，然後按照超越信任提示進行操作。
  3. 將目錄變更為 VNX Unisphere Client Launcher 的位置。
    cd “C：\Program Files （x86）\EMC\Unisphere VNX Management Launcher”
  4. 使用啟動index.html檔的完整路徑運行 Firefox。Firefox 在運行之前會複製到臨時目錄，以及index.html檔的完整路徑。
    .\FirefoxPortable\FirefoxPortable.exe “C：\Program Files （x86）\EMC\Unisphere VNX Management Launcher\index.html”
  5. 按照提示啟用附掛程式。
  6. 輸入 VNX2/VNX2/eNAS 的 IP 位址。由於Java框架是工作站上的本地框架，因此載入速度很快。
