対処方法:

Windowsの高速スタートアップ機能を無効にします。

高速スタートアップを無効にするには、次の手順を実行します。

  1. コントロール パネル(アイコン ビュー)を開き、電源オプションアイコンをクリックします。
  2. 左側 にある[電源ボタンの動作を選択する ]リンクをクリックします
  3. 上部にある[ 現在利用できない設定を変更します ]リンクをクリックします
  4. UACによってプロンプトが表示されたら、[はい]をクリックします
