Aktualizace firmwaru na discích Kioxia CM6 NVMe může způsobit selhání operačního systému (OS). V protokolu LifeCycle Controller pro přepínač PCIe spojený s disky NVMe je hlášena závažná chyba.
Po selhání operačního systému a následném restartování budou jednotky hlásit aktualizovaný firmware jako úspěšně nainstalovaný.
