Symptoms

No se puede agregar el switch a SCG.

 

MI2BRDCX7-1T018:FID128:admin> scgconfig --config -serverip 10.59.x.x -port 9443 -model SWITCH-BROCADE-B-GW
SCG configuration has been updated successfully.

 

MI2BRDCX7-1T018:FID128:admin> scgconfig --add -user <username> -password ********
Add product Failed: Response code:0
Error: Backend Sync failed rc:-1

Cause

Response code:0 - Este código de error indica que el switch no puede comunicarse con el servidor SCG.
Esto puede ocurrir si el firewall está bloqueando el tráfico a través del puerto 9443 o si hay una restricción de red.

Resolution

1) Verifique si el puerto 9443 está escuchando en SCG. 

scgdellnordpsn:~ # netstat -tunlp | grep 9443
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:9443 [0.0.0.0] 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 1427/dockerd

2) Verifique con el equipo de red si el puerto 9443 está abierto entre los switches y el gateway de SCG.
También puede intentar hacer ping a la dirección IP de SCG desde el switch y viceversa.

3) Asegúrese de que el firewall esté desactivado.
