Symptoms

Impossibile aggiungere switch a SCG.

SCG configuration has been updated successfully.

 

MI2BRDCX7-1T018:FID128:admin> scgconfig --add -user <username> -password ********
Add product Failed: Response code:0
Error: Backend Sync failed rc:-1

Cause

Response code:0 - Questo codice errore indica che lo switch non è in grado di raggiungere il server SCG.
Ciò può verificarsi se il firewall blocca il traffico sulla porta 9443 o se è presente una restrizione di rete.

Resolution

1) Verificare se la porta 9443 è in ascolto su SCG. 

scgdellnordpsn:~ # netstat -tunlp | grep 9443
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:9443 [0.0.0.0] 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 1427/dockerd

2) Verificare con il team di rete se la porta 9443 è aperta tra gli switch e il gateway SCG.
È inoltre possibile provare a eseguire il ping dell'indirizzo IP SCG dallo switch e viceversa.

3) Assicurarsi che il firewall sia disabilitato.
