Cause

Het probleem met het blauwe scherm wordt veroorzaakt door de Realtek High-Definition audiodriver.

Resolution

Update naar de nieuwste versie van Realtek Audio Driver om het probleem op te lossen.

  1. Ga naar de Dell website voor drivers en downloads .
  2. Gebruik de optie Uw product identificeren met behulp van de servicetag of modelnaam.
  3. Zoek in het veld Trefwoord naar Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver.
