Symptoms

Některé služby jsou mimo provoz a po restartování se neobnoví.

 

Cause

Služba aaa nekomunikuje se správcem sysmgr, což brání spuštění nástroje sysmgr a ostatních služeb.

Resolution

Zástupné řešení:

-Restartujte službu AAA a poté spusťte službu sysmgr a zbytek služeb by se měl spustit sám.

  1. "aaa restart"
  2. "sysmgr start"

Oprava:

Upgrade na PowerProtect Data Manager 19.18.0-04.
