安全連線閘道：版本 5.26.00.18/20 警示傳遞和裝置註冊修補程式

Symptoms

適用於裝置機型 ECS、Brocade 交換器和 XtremIO：

路徑 /var/log/esrs 的connecthomerest.log顯示以下錯誤：

Unrecognized field \"time\"
連線居家休息記錄錯誤

由於此錯誤，Call Home 無法送達。

對於裝置型號 PowerMaxv4：

當 SCG 伺服器位於 5.26.00.18 或 5.26.00.20 時，Powermax v4 型號將無法執行新註冊或重新註冊

Cause

失敗的原因是春季引導 jackson-core 和 jackson-bundle 庫的更改，以及 Java 從版本 8 升級到版本 17 之間的 5.24 或更早版本與 5.26。在版本 5.26 之前，預設會忽略未知屬性，API 語法也不區分大小寫。

Resolution

若要解決此問題，請執行下列動作：

    • 登入 安全連線閘道 Web UI （版本 5.26.00.18 或 5.26.00.20），然後按一下右上角區段 的關於 。開啟 Hotfix 部署 畫面，然後 套用相關的 hotfix。

    此修補程式在套用後不需要重新開機。

    注意：無論部署的裝置類型為何，此 hotfix 都能安全地套用至任何 SCG 5.26.00.18 或 5.26.00.20 系統。
    注意：如果 KB000243317 先前已套用至 5.26.00.18，或 SCG 伺服器為 5.26.00.20，但仍建議套用此新 hotfix，則 ECS 和 XIO 裝置不會受到影響。
