  • Latitude 9330

配備 Hynix LPDDR5x 記憶體的 Latitude 9330 可能會遇到兩個琥珀色、三個白色 （2A3W） 錯誤代碼，且無法開機至作業系統。

Cause

電腦使用的 SPD 資料不正確。

Resolution

工程部門正在開發將於 BIOS 版本 1.27.1 或更新版本中發佈的修正。更新的驅動程式或 BIOS 會在可用後發佈到電腦的支援頁面。

如果電腦無法 POST，請按照啟動步驟進行復原並刷新 BIOS。

  1. 將 AC 變壓器插入電腦。
  2. 將 BIOS 更新至 v1.27.0
  3. 按住 電源按鈕 25 秒。
