配备 Hynix LPDDR5x 内存的 Latitude 9330 可能会出现两个琥珀色、三个白色 （2A3W） 错误代码，并且无法引导至作系统。

Cause

计算机使用的 SPD 数据不正确。

Resolution

工程部门正在研究修复，将在 BIOS 版本 1.27.1 或更高版本中发布。更新的驱动程序或 BIOS 一旦可用，就会发布到计算机的支持页面。

如果计算机无法开机自检，请按照吹气步骤进行恢复并刷新 BIOS。

  1. 将交流适配器插入计算机。
  2. 将 BIOS 更新至 v1.27.0
  3. 按下 电源按钮 25 秒。
