在 serverdr.log 檔案中的 PowerProtect Data Manager （PPDM） 伺服器上，會回報下列錯誤訊息：

YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.msZ ERROR [] [https-jsse-nio-XXXX-exec-8] [][][][TRACE_ID:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx][] [c.a.o.v.s.DefaultValidationReportHandler.logApiValidation(88)] -  OpenAPI location=REQUEST key=PUT#/api/v2/server-disaster-recovery-configurations/cd7fcff2-fd68-475f-97ea-0d58aa6417cd levels=ERROR messages=Validation failed.

Cause

安裝 PowerProtect Data Manager 且將 Data Domain 新增為儲存裝置時， "Auto Enabling Server Disaster Recovery Backups" 由於環境問題，工作已失敗。這導致”serverdr服務在其緩存中具有導致上述錯誤消息的記錄。

Resolution

若要解決此問題，可以使用以下步驟：

  1. 使用 SSH 用戶端連線 PowerProtect Data Manager 主機，並使用本機系統管理員帳戶登入。
  2. 重新啟動 serverdr 服務： 
    serverdr restart

     
  3. 請等待 5 分鐘，然後嘗試再次啟用災難回復備份。
