Symptoms

Kun suoritat nsrjb NetWorker-etätallennussolmussa näkyy seuraava virheilmoitus:

C:\> nsrjb
####:nsrjb: Failed to connect to the NSR service on NWserver_HostName: Program not registered

If on a storage node, enter the NSR server hostname? [NWserver_HostName]:
using NWserver_Hostname as the NSR server

####:nsrjb: User 'UserName' on 'StorageNode_Hostname' does not have 'Operate Devices and Jukeboxes' privileges on 'NWserver_HostName'.

Cause

Myöntänyt käyttäjätili nsrjb Remote Storage -solmussa ei ole oikeutta suorittaa laite- ja automaattivaihtajatoimintoja.

Resolution

Lisää oikeudet tallennussolmun isännän käyttäjälle suorittamalla NetWorker-palvelimen järjestelmänvalvojan kehotteessa alla oleva komento.

nsraddadmin UserName@StorageNode_Hostname
HUOMAUTUS: Korvata UserName ja StorageNode_Hostname vastaavilla arvoilla nsrjb löydy.

Voit myös lisätä oikeudet isännän käyttäjälle NetWorker Management Consolessa (NMC) seuraavien ohjeiden mukaisesti.

1. Valitse NMC:ssä Server-välilehti .
2. Valitse Palvelin-ikkunassa Käyttäjäryhmät.
3. Napsauta hiiren kakkospainikkeella Application Administrators ja valitse Properties.
4. Lisää Käyttäjäryhmän ominaisuudet Sovelluksen järjestelmänvalvojat -ikkunan Käyttäjät-kohtaan:

user=UserName,host=StorageNode_Hostname
