Symptoms

When running the nsrjb コマンドを実行すると、次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。

C:\> nsrjb
####:nsrjb: Failed to connect to the NSR service on NWserver_HostName: Program not registered

If on a storage node, enter the NSR server hostname? [NWserver_HostName]:
using NWserver_Hostname as the NSR server

####:nsrjb: User 'UserName' on 'StorageNode_Hostname' does not have 'Operate Devices and Jukeboxes' privileges on 'NWserver_HostName'.

Cause

発行したユーザー アカウント nsrjb には、デバイスおよびオートチェンジャの操作を実行する権限がありません。

Resolution

NetWorkerサーバーの管理者特権のプロンプトから、次のコマンドを実行して、ストレージ ノード ホスト上のユーザーに権限を追加します。

nsraddadmin UserName@StorageNode_Hostname
メモ: 取り替える UserName と StorageNode_Hostname を、 nsrjb 。

または、NetWorker管理コンソール(NMC)から次の手順に従って、ホスト上のユーザーに権限を追加します。

1.NMCで、 サーバー タブをクリックします
2.サーバーウィンドウで、 ユーザー グループを選択します。
3.[アプリケーション管理者]を右クリックし、[プロパティ]を選択します
4.[ユーザー グループのプロパティ][アプリケーション管理者]ウィンドウの [ユーザー]で、次を追加します。

user=UserName,host=StorageNode_Hostname
