Ubuntu (24.04) の Bluetooth 設定にデバイスが表示されません

 

次のいずれかのデスクトップ プラットフォームを所有しており、Ubuntu (24.04)オペレーティング システムを実行している場合、Bluetoothスキャンで問題が発生する可能性があります。

デスクトップのコントロールセンターでBluetoothが無効になっている場合、デバイスは検出されず、有効にしても変更されません。

これは、次のDell製デスクトップ製品に影響します。

  • Dellタワー ECT1250、DellスリムECS1250
  • Dell Proタワー QCT1250、Dell ProマイクロQCM1250、およびDell Proスリム QCS1250
  • Dell Pro Tower Plus QBT1250、Dell Pro Slim Plus QBS1250、およびDell Pro Micro Plus QBM1250
  • Dell Pro Max Micro FCM2250およびDell Pro Max Slim FCS1250

Cause

Ubuntuは、Gnomeコントロールセンターのスイッチを使用してBluetoothをオフにすると、スキャンを無効にします。ただし、コントロールセンターでBluetoothをオンに戻してもスキャンは有効ではなく、Bluetoothコントローラーのブロックのみが解除されます。

Resolution

注：オペレーティング システムの変更やソフトウェアのアップデートを行うには、デスクトップの管理者権限が必要です。

Ubuntuは、オンラインアップデートを通じて修正をリリースすることにより、この問題を解決します。(現在の予測は2025年7月です。ただし、Ubuntuはサード パーティーであり、デル・テクノロジーズはその日付を保証できません。)

当面は、この回避策を使用してください。

  1. 設定の[Bluetooth]タブに移動し、[Bluetooth]をオンにします。

  2. 設定の[Bluetooth]タブから別のタブに移動します。(どのタブでも構いません。

  3. [Bluetooth]タブに戻ります。

  4. スキャンが開始され、使用可能な Bluetooth デバイスリストが更新されていることを確認します。
