將 Alienware 16 Area-51 AA16250或 Alienware 18 Area-51 筆記型電腦的上蓋AA18250上蓋並重新啟動後，您所連接的顯示器上不會顯示任何內容。螢幕上看不到 POST 和 Windows 載入。但是，當筆記型電腦完成開機至 Windows 作業系統時，影像會回到外部顯示器。發生這種情況時，筆記型電腦正在以混合顯示卡模式運行。

Cause
dGPU 可處理混合顯示卡模式中的 USB Type-C 和高畫質多媒體介面 （HDMI） 連線。在 POST 和重新開機或重新開機期間，混合顯示卡模式會使用 Intel 內建 GPU。發生這種情況時，Type-C 和 HDMI 連接埠上沒有影像輸出。
Resolution
注意：筆記型電腦在混合顯示卡模式下可如預期運作。
如果您在重新開機期間必須顯示載入畫面，您可以在 BIOS 中停用混合模式或進階 Optimus。
