Symptoms

在极少数情况下，使用 AMD Milan CPU （7xx3） 的虚拟机管理程序群集中的 PowerEdge 服务器可能会在整个群集中间歇性地随机出现 MCE。

受影响的 PowerEdge 系统包括：

  • R7525
  • R6525
  • R7515
  • R6515

 

Cause

某些 CPU 指令未更新。

Resolution

解决此问题需要执行两个步骤。

 

  1. BIOS更新
    • 升级到 BIOS 2.19.0，计划于 2025 年 7 月发布

 

  1. 更新后，BIOS 中的设置会更改。
    • 进入 F2 BIOS。
    • 在系统 BIOS 设置 > 处理器设置下，启用设置“AMD IC 配置禁用 IT 旁路”
    • 保存更改并重新启动。

 

在典型的虚拟化环境中，进行此 BIOS 设置更改的系统可能会显示大约 0.5% 到 1% 的性能轻微下降。
