Symptoms

Er wordt onmiddellijk een fout weergegeven bij het maken van een nieuwe repository met behulp van Update Manager Plugin.

One or more online catalogs could not be downloaded successfully due to network issue or invalid file or sign check failure.

Als je het logbestand van de tomcat-applicatie uit de logbundel van de console extraheert, wordt de volgende fout weergegeven:

Cause

Tijdens de recente cataloguspromotie was het indexhandtekeningbestand ongeldig. Dit veroorzaakt een uitzondering voor de validatie van handtekeningen wanneer de wizard voor het maken van repository's de online catalogi van Dell probeert te indexeren.

Resolution

Dell Technologies heeft vastgesteld dat er een probleem is opgetreden tijdens de promotie van catalogusbestanden waarbij het handtekeningbestand onjuist is. Er wordt onmiddellijk actie ondernomen om de juiste bestanden opnieuw te promoten. Eenmaal voltooid, kan de wizard voor het maken van de repository de bron van de online catalogus van Dell gebruiken.
