Symptoms
エラー メッセージ General error in vCenter services. (0xE0503001000B) 次の操作中に表示されることがあります。
- vCenter接続を終了できません。
- vCenter接続をアップデートできません。
次の[vCenter Connection]セクションのPowerStore Managerのスクリーンショットは、上記のエラー メッセージを示しています。
Cause
Delete vCenterコマンドまたはUpdate vCenterコマンドの処理中に、Manage CertificateチェーンでPowerStoreOSソフトウェアの問題が発生しました。
Resolution
この問題は、PowerStoreOS v4.2.0.0で解決されています。
