Symptoms
Quando si esegue il Rapid Upgrade Checker (RUCK), viene visualizzato il seguente errore:
Correct appliance version /usr/local/dataprotection/server/version/applianceVersion.xml XML on ACM and retry.
RUCK fornisce il seguente codice di controllo:
acm_rpm_and_xml_versionCause
La versione dell'appliance nel file /usr/local/dataprotection/server/version/applianceVersion.xml non corrisponde alla versione mostrata nell'output RPM -qa.
Resolution
NOTA: Una correzione per questo problema è stata aggiunta allo strumento goidpa, seguire la KB seguente per installare goidpa:
Quindi eseguire il seguente comando in ACM:
