Symptoms
Bij het uitvoeren van de Rapid Upgrade Checker (RUCK) krijgt u de volgende foutmelding:
Correct appliance version /usr/local/dataprotection/server/version/applianceVersion.xml XML on ACM and retry.
RUCK geeft de volgende controlecode:
acm_rpm_and_xml_versionCause
De apparaatversie in het bestand /usr/local/dataprotection/server/version/applianceVersion.xml komt niet overeen met de versie die wordt weergegeven in de RPM -qa-uitvoer.
Resolution
OPMERKING: Er is een oplossing voor dit probleem toegevoegd aan de goidpa-tool, volg de onderstaande KB om goidpa te installeren:
Voer vervolgens de volgende opdracht uit op de ACM:
