BIOS-mikrokodeopdatering kræves for at understøtte NVIDIA-grafikkort er årsagen.

Resolution

Opdatering til følgende version af BIOS på computeren vil løse problemet.

  • Til Dell Pro QBT1250, QBS1250, QBM1250, QCT1250, QCS1250 eller QCM1250
    • BIOS-revision 1.4.4 eller nyere
  • Til Dell ECT1250 eller ECS1250
    • BIOS-revision 1.4.4 eller nyere
  • Til Dell Pro Max FCM2250, FCS1250 eller FCT2250
    • BIOS-revision 1.4.1 eller nyere
