Cause

Een BIOS-microcode-update die vereist is om NVIDIA graphics te ondersteunen, is de oorzaak.

Resolution

Bijwerken naar de volgende versie van het BIOS op de computer lost het probleem op.

  • Voor Dell Pro QBT1250, QBS1250, QBM1250, QCT1250, QCS1250 of QCM1250
    • BIOS revisie 1.4.4 of hoger
  • Voor Dell ECT1250 of ECS1250
    • BIOS revisie 1.4.4 of hoger
  • Voor Dell Pro Max FCM2250, FCS1250 of FCT2250
    • BIOS revisie 1.4.1 of hoger
