Cause

BIOS-mikrokoduppdatering som krävs för stöd för NVIDIA-grafik är orsaken.

Resolution

Lös problemet genom att uppdatera till följande version av BIOS på datorn.

  • För Dell Pro QBT1250, QBS1250, QBM1250, QCT1250, QCS1250 eller QCM1250
    • BIOS version 1.4.4 eller senare
  • För Dell ECT1250 eller ECS1250
    • BIOS version 1.4.4 eller senare
  • För Dell Pro Max FCM2250, FCS1250 eller FCT2250
    • BIOS version 1.4.1 eller senare
