  • RG가 위험 상태를 표시함
  • 연결된 리소스 상태는 리소스 탭 아래에 "배포 실패"로 표시됩니다.
  • GW(PowerFlex Gateway) 리소스가 "연결할 수 없음" 상태일 수 있습니다
  • 배포 로그에 "VCENTER_FQDN용 클러스터 구성 요소에 빌드에 사용할 성공적인 서버가 없습니다"라는 오류가 보고되었습니다.
  • 배포 로그는 util.rb가 esxcli 명령을 실행하려고 할 때 빈 타겟 IP를 보고함
    • 예: esxcli 600 env VI_PASSWORD=****** esxcli -s -u root 실행

Cause

Manager MDM과 MVM(PowerFlex Manager Management VM) 사이에 30초보다 큰 시간차가 있습니다.

Resolution

영향을 받는 서버에서 시간차 문제를 조사하고 해결합니다. chronyd 서비스 상태를 검토하고 지정된 NTP 서버에 대한 상태/연결을 확인합니다.

MDM/MVM 간에 시간이 동기화되었는지 확인한 후 게이트웨이 포드를 재시작해야 할 수 있습니다.

 

문제 해결 예:

  • "chronyc tracking" - 이 명령은 시스템의 전체 동기화 상태를 확인합니다. "정상"의 윤 상태는 시스템 시계가 동기화되고 시간 표시에 문제가 없음을 의미합니다.
