Symptoms
NMM(NetWorker Module for Microsoft)을 사용하여 Exchange 백업 구성
NMM Exchange Admin Configuration 툴을 사용하여 백업 구성 사용자는 성공하지만 세이브 세트를 나열하려는 시도는 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

Cause

Resolution
유니코드 문자를 사용하지 않도록 사용자 계정 암호를 변경합니다.
