Symptoms
Usando o NetWorker Module for Microsoft (NMM) para configurar backups do Exchange.
Usando a ferramenta NMM Exchange Admin Configuration para configurar backups. O usuário é bem-sucedido, no entanto, a tentativa de listar savesets falha com o seguinte erro:

Cause
O NetWorker não consegue obter a interface do PowerShell ao usar senha com caracteres Unicode. Por exemplo: §
A interface do PowerShell é necessária para executar o comando do Exchange como Get-Mailboxdatabase ... e assim por diante.
Resolution
Altere a senha da conta de usuário para evitar caracteres Unicode.
