Symptoms
在 Windows 作業系統Microsoft執行 DUP 時，可能會失敗並因驗證失敗。當作業系統憑證儲存中不存在所需的根 CA 憑證時，可能會發生此問題。
Dell Server Update Utility （DSU） 啟動後可能未顯示相容性報告，因為清查收集器 DUP 無法啟動。
Cause
Dell DUP 是使用 CA 憑證簽署，而憑證存放區中若缺少 CA 憑證，會導致 DUP 執行失敗。
Microsoft Windows 作業系統預設在受信任的 CA 存放區中攜帶「Entrust Root Certification Authority （G2）」憑證，即使刪除該憑證，亦會由作業系統還原。作業系統自訂可能已移除此憑證。
Resolution
CA 憑證「Entrust Root Certification Authority G2」必須出現在 Windows 作業系統的 Trusted Root Certificate Authority 存放區，才能在作業系統中成功執行 DUP。
