「VxRail：オンディスク フォーマット バージョンをアップグレードできない

Symptoms

以下の症状が見られました。

  • vSANオンディスク フォーマット バージョンをアップグレードできません。
  • vSANクラスターを8.0.xにアップグレードした後も、ディスク上のvSANが古いバージョンのままです。
  • 一般的なメッセージが表示され、アップグレードが失敗します。
  • スカイラインの稼働状態に関する警告が観察されています。
  • アップグレードの事前チェックには問題なく合格しましたが、UIとCLIからはまだアップグレードが失敗します。

これは、mobページにアクセスすることで検証できます。vCenterの認証情報を要求するウィンドウが開きます。

MOBを介した「'com.vmware.vsan.clustermgmt.tasks.remediatevsancluster」情報が表示されない場合があります。  

この問題は、vSANの正常性フォルダーとファイルの所有権が正しくないことにも関連しています。これらは、ユーザーではなく、ユーザーrootによって所有されています vsan-healthの詳細を確認してください。

Resolution

vSANオンディスク フォーマット バージョンについては、次の手順に従います。 

vSAN healthフォルダーの所有者を変更します。次から選択します。 vsan-health:root の出力を vmware-vsan-healthの詳細を確認してください。
