Symptoms
PPDM UIで資産ソースを削除する手順に誤って従うと、資産ソースがDELETED状態のままになります。 [Remove]ボタンを選択すると、アプリケーション エージェントはグレー表示されます。
Cause
データベース ホスト上のアプリケーション エージェント ソフトウェアを削除せずに資産ソースを誤って削除すると、PPDM UIで資産ソースが「DELETED」と表示されることがある
Resolution
PPDMアプライアンスで、次のサービスを再起動し、データベース クライアントにエージェント ソフトウェアを再インストールします。 systemctl restart nginx ecdm-ui restart logmgr restart
資産ソースを削除するための正しい手順:
1。エージェントの登録を解除します
2.エージェント
3をアンインストールします。資産ソースを削除します。
4.DPSAPPSフォルダーの名前を変更します。
