Symptoms
PPDM UI에서 자산 소스를 제거하는 절차를 잘못 따르면 자산 소스가 DELETED 상태로 남습니다. 'Remove' 버튼을 선택한 경우 애플리케이션 에이전트가 회색으로 표시됩니다.
Cause
데이터베이스 호스트에서 애플리케이션 에이전트 소프트웨어를 제거하지 않고 자산 소스를 잘못 제거하면 PPDM UI에 자산 소스가 DELETED로 표시될 수 있음
Resolution
PPDM 어플라이언스에서 다음 서비스를 재시작하고 에이전트 소프트웨어를 데이터베이스 클라이언트에 다시 설치합니다. systemctl restart nginx ecdm-ui restart logmgr restart
자산 소스를 제거하는 올바른 절차:
1. 에이전트
등록 취소 2. 에이전트
제거 3. 자산 소스를 제거합니다.
4. DPSAPPS 폴더의 이름을 바꿉니다.
