Symptoms
Op de pagina VxRail implementatie loopt een implementatietaak vast met het onderstaande bericht:
Initial configuration vCenter
Op de VAMI pagina staat:
Unable to get deployment status
Cause
vCenter kan de DNS-server niet bereiken.
In het firstbootlogbestand van vCenter wordt het volgende weergegeven:
cat /var/log/firstboot/failed. Failed to configure network
Resolution
Controleer of vCenter de DNS-server kan pingen.
ICMP-verkeer wordt soms geblokkeerd tussen vCenter en DNS. vCenter voert een pre-check uit tijdens de implementatie.
