Symptoms

PFMP는 LDAP용으로 구성되며 PFMP에 추가된 AD 그룹의 구성원인 사용자는 UI에 로그인할 때 인증할 수 없습니다. 그룹과 영향을 받은 사용자가 keycloak에서 볼 수 있습니다. 영향을 받는 사용자의 AD 계정이 양호한 상태이며 암호 자격 증명이 유효합니다.

동일한 그룹의 구성원인 일부 사용자는 문제 없이 UI에 로그인할 수 있습니다.

영향을 받는 사용자는 '보호된 사용자' AD 그룹의 구성원입니다. 이 그룹 구성원 자격은 PFMP UI에 로그인할 때 일반 LDAP 인증 및 권한 부여에 영향을 줍니다.

 

Resolution

영향을 받는 사용자를 '보호된 사용자' AD 그룹에서 제거합니다.
