システムはアラート 0x03700103メッセージ「4-port card state is incorrect.」

PowerStoreにはシステム ヘルス チェック(SHC)もあり、「Found net devices for FE ports of 4 port cardPowerStore Managerからのメッセージ:

Cause

PowerStore 500TがPowerStoreバージョン2.0に導入された場合、またはすでにバージョン4.1を実行しているシステムに4PortCardが追加された場合、システムは必要なネットデバイス オブジェクトを作成できないことがあります。アプライアンスでPowerStoreバージョン4.1が実行されると、4ポート カードのFRU状態が誤ってnot_in_useに設定される場合があります。

この状態でカードを交換すると、PowerStore System Manager (SYM)が移行を正しく処理せず、ローリング ノード パニックがトリガーされ、データ使用不可(DU)イベントが発生する可能性があります。  参照 KB 000342081

Resolution

この問題は、PowerStoreバージョン4.2.0.0で解決されています。  また、この問題の修正プログラムは、PowerStoreバージョン4.1.0.2でリリースされる予定です
