Cause

PowerStore 500T, PowerStore sürüm 2.0 üzerine dağıtıldıysa veya zaten sürüm 4.1 çalıştıran bir sisteme 4PortCard eklendiyse sistem gerekli netdevice nesnelerini oluşturamayabiliyor. Cihaz PowerStore 4.1 sürümünü çalıştırdıktan sonra 4PortCard ın FRU durumu hatalı olarak not_in_use olarak ayarlanabiliyor.

Kart bu durumdayken değiştirilirse PowerStore System Manager (SYM) geçişi doğru şekilde gerçekleştiremeyebilir. Bu durum, dönen düğüm paniklerini tetikleyebilir ve Veri Noksanlığı (DU) olaylarına neden olabilir.  Bkz. KB 000342081

Resolution

Bu sorun PowerStore 4.2.0.0 sürümünde çözülmüştür.  Ayrıca PowerStore sürüm 4.1.0.2'de bu soruna yönelik bir düzeltme yayınlamayı hedefliyoruz
