Symptoms
Grafikkortet kan uppgraderas på en Precision 7875 Tower eller Precision 7875 XL Tower. Det här problemet kan uppstå om ett grafikkort i NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50XX- eller NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell-serien (t.ex. 2000, 4000, 4500, 5000 eller 6000) ersätter grafikkortet som medföljde datorn. Det uppgraderade kortet måste installeras i kortplats 2. Datorn startar en gång och startar sedan inte med en fast vit strömbrytarlampa och ingen Dell-logotyp på skärmen från och med den andra starten.

Cause
Grafikkorten i NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50XX-serien och NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell-serien kräver högre minnesallokering och systemresurser på grund av deras avancerade arkitektur och kapacitet. Standardallokeringen av minnesresurser är inte tillräcklig, vilket gör att det inte går att starta.
Resolution
Att uppdatera till BIOS-version 2.1.1 eller senare på datorn innan du lägger till ett grafikkort förhindrar problemet. Se BIOS-uppdateringsmanualen för information om hur du laddar ner och installerar BIOS.
