Symptoms

以下 BIOS 設定無法變更。

  • 儲存裝置 > RAID On > AHCI
  • 虛擬化支援 > Intel VT-d 已停用>

受影響的系統：

  • Latitude 3420
  • Latitude 3520

Cause

必須重新載入 Intel RC 設定值表。

Resolution

重設即時時鐘

下列步驟可用來重設即時時鐘 （RTC）：

  1. 關閉系統。
  2. 將 AC 變壓器插入系統和電源插座。
  3. 按住電源按鈕 25 秒鐘。
注意：您會看到電源指示燈閃爍，2 次白色，然後 4 次白色。
