Symptoms

De volgende BIOS-instellingen kunnen niet worden gewijzigd.

  • Storage > RAID op > AHCI
  • Ondersteuning voor > virtualisatie Intel VT-d ingeschakeld > uitgeschakeld

Systemen waarin dit probleem optreedt:

  • Latitude 3420
  • Latitude 3520

Cause

De Intel RC setup-waardetabel moet opnieuw worden geladen.

Resolution

De realtimeklok resetten

De volgende stappen kunnen worden gebruikt om de Real-Time Clock (RTC) opnieuw in te stellen:

  1. Sluit het systeem af.
  2. Sluit de voedingsadapter aan op het systeem en een stopcontact.
  3. Houd de aan/uit-knop 25 seconden ingedrukt.
Opmerking: U ziet het aan/uit-lampje knipperen, 2 wit en vervolgens 4 wit.
