Symptoms

Los siguientes ajustes del BIOS no se pueden cambiar.

  • RAID de almacenamiento > en > AHCI
  • Soporte > de virtualización Intel VT-d habilitado > deshabilitado

Sistemas afectados:

  • Latitude 3420
  • Latitude 3520

Cause

Se debe volver a cargar la tabla de valores de configuración de Intel RC.

Resolution

Restablecer el reloj en tiempo real

Los siguientes pasos se pueden utilizar para restablecer el reloj en tiempo real (RTC):

  1. Apague el sistema.
  2. Enchufe el adaptador de CA al sistema y a una toma de corriente.
  3. Mantenga presionado el botón de encendido durante 25 segundos.
Nota: Verá que la luz de encendido parpadea, 2 blanca y luego 4 blanca.
