Symptoms

次のBIOS設定は変更できません。

  • ストレージ > RAID オン > AHCI
  • インテルVT-dの有効化>無効化>仮想化サポート

対象となるシステム:

  • Latitude 3420
  • Latitude 3520

Cause

インテルRCセットアップ値テーブルを再ロードする必要があります。

Resolution

リアルタイムクロックのリセット

リアルタイム クロック(RTC)をリセットするには、次の手順を実行します。

  1. システムをシャットダウンします。
  2. ACアダプターをシステムと電源コンセントに差し込みます。
  3. 電源ボタンを25秒間押し続けます。
注：電源ライトが2回白く点滅し、次に4回の白色に点滅します。
