Dell WL5024およびWL7024ヘッドセットを使用してMicrosoft Teamsを介して会議に参加している間、Microsoft Teamsの「ポップアップ」および「挙手」機能は使用できません。

Microsoft Classic Teamsアプリケーションのキャッシュをクリアします。
- コンピューターで Microsoft Teams アプリケーションを終了します。
- ヘッドセットのUSBドングルをコンピューターから取り外します。
- [スタート]ボタンを右クリックし、[ファイル名を指定して実行]を選択します。
- [ファイル名を指定して実行]ボックスに次のテキストを入力し、Enterキーを押します。
