Symptoms

벤치마킹 소프트웨어에서 Phison P0221 SSD의 쓰기 성능이 저하된 것으로 보고됩니다. Crystaldiskmark 및 기타 벤치마크 툴은 NVMe(Non-Volatile Memory Express) 드라이브에서 "디스크 읽기/쓰기 속도 0"을 반환합니다.

Cause

FW(Drives Firmware)가 백그라운드에서 GC(Garbage Collection)를 수행할 수 없습니다. SLC(Single Level Cell) 캐시가 지워지지 않습니다. 전체 캐시를 사용하면 FW가 포그라운드에서 GC를 트리거하여 호스트 명령을 제한합니다. 이로 인해 시간이 지남에 따라 성능이 저하됩니다.

Resolution
