Symptoms
The PowerStore health check (PUHC) may fail with the following error:
"Missing database pg_hba config template file. KB#000380454". Error code: 0XE10050020902.
Cause
The pg_hba.conf.template file may be lost most commonly after following an older version of a Support procedure to reinitialize the management database without subsequently restoring the pg_hba.conf.template file.
