Symptoms

De PowerStore healthcheck (PUHC) kan mislukken met de volgende fout: 

"Missing database pg_hba config template file. KB#000380454". Error code: 0XE10050020902.

Cause

De pg_hba.conf.template Het bestand kan het vaakst verloren gaan na het volgen van een oudere versie van een ondersteuningsprocedure om de beheerdatabase opnieuw te initialiseren zonder vervolgens de pg_hba.conf.template bestand.
