Cause

Quando il computer si sposta in un altro punto di accesso, al sistema operativo manca un comando. In questo modo il driver wireless non risulta sincronizzato con i punti di accesso.

Resolution

Nota: Prima di avviare l'aggiornamento, effettuare le seguenti operazioni:
  • Eseguire il backup di tutti i dati personali. Per ulteriori informazioni, fare riferimento a Backup e ripristino.
  • Collegare l'adattatore CA.

L'aggiornamento del driver Realtek RTL8852BE Wi-Fi e Bluetooth alla versione 6001.15.161.0, A19 o successiva sul computer risolve il problema. Per scaricare e installare il driver, consultare Come scaricare e installare driver e firmware Dell.
