Sintomi

  • NetWorker 서버가 이전 서버와 동일한 호스트 이름/IP 주소를 가진 새 호스트로 마이그레이션되었습니다. 이전 서버가 오프라인 상태이고 네트워크에서 더 이상 액세스할 수 없습니다.
  • 새 서버에 NetWorker 소프트웨어가 NetWorker 8.x에서 18.x 이상으로 업그레이드되었습니다.
  • NMC(NetWorker Management Console) "Error: 서버가 비활성화되어 있고, 활성화가 중복되었습니다."
  • 사용 중인 레거시 Enabler 코드 모델입니다.

Causa

CLP 업데이트 라이선스 2개가 생성되었습니다. 두 개의 서버가 비활성화되어 있기 때문에 NMC에서 중복 라이선스를 삭제할 수 없습니다.

Risoluzione

다음 절차를 통해 CLP 업데이트 라이선스 중 하나를 삭제합니다.
  1. \nsr\res\nsrdb 디렉토리의 복제본을 생성합니다.
  2. 부트스트랩 정보 수집: mminfo -B
  3. nsradmin(오프라인 모드)에서 적용된 모든 라이선스의 사본을 수집합니다.
    1. nsradmin -d path_to_nsrdb_dir
    2. show name; enabler 코드, 인증 코드
    3. 인쇄 유형: nsr 라이센스
  4. "CLP 업데이트 라이선스" 중 하나를 삭제합니다.
    1. 인쇄 유형: nsr 라이센스, 이름: "CLP 업데이트 라이선스"
    2. 삭제
    3. yes
    4. 아니요 (해당 항목 중 하나만 삭제하면 됨)
    5. 종료
  5. NetWorker 서비스를 다시 시작합니다.
