Sintomi

Deployer 페이지에서 RecoverPoint HTML5 플러그인 구성을 완료하면 구성 메시지가 표시됩니다.

vCenter -> Administration -> Solutions -> Client Plug-ins를 보면 플러그인 "RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines"가 배포되는 것을 볼 수 없습니다.

Causa

표시되는 동작의 원인은 RecoverPoint 시스템에서 수행된 이전 구성과 관련이 있습니다.

처음에 플러그인 서버가 2개의 vCenter에 액세스하도록 구성되었습니다(연결된 모드가 아님). 이 구성은 RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines에서 지원되지 않습니다. vCenter가 연결된 모드가 아닌 경우 vCenter당 1개의 RecoverPoint 플러그인 서버가 필요합니다. 

플러그인을 MOB에서 등록 취소하면 추가 플러그인 배포를 차단하는 몇 가지 세부 정보가 남습니다.

Risoluzione

위에 명시된 문제를 해결하려면 아래 단계를 따르십시오.
 
  1. 종료 RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines 플러그인 서버
  2. MOB https://vCenterIP/mob 액세스
  3. 다음 하이퍼링크를 클릭합니다.  Content -> ExtensionManager 
  4. 확장 등록 취소: com.dell.recoverpoint.vc.h5plugin and com.emc.recoverpoint.vwc
  • 하이퍼링크 UnregisterExtension을 선택한 후 위의 확장명 입력 
       5. MOB의 홈 페이지로 돌아가 콘텐츠 -> CustomFieldsManager
6으로 이동합니다. 속성 아래의 Value 필드를 검토하고 "config"와 같은 이름이 포함된 필드에 대한 int 값을 기록합니다. RecoverPoint_TOKEN; xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
  • CustomFieldsManager로 돌아가서 Method RemoveCustomFieldDef를 선택합니다. 6에서 검토한 필드의 int 값을 입력 합니다.
                  7.  vsphere-ui 서비스 중지
  • Putty 또는 Web Console을 사용하여 영향을 받는 vCenter에 액세스하고 service-control --stop vsphere-ui 명령을 실행합니다.
                  8. RecoverPoint HMTL5 플러그인을 참조하는 모든 폴더 삭제
  • SSH를 사용하여 영향을 받는 vCenter에 액세스하고 /|egrep -i "com.dell.recoverpoint" |xargs rm -rf {} \;
                  9. vsphere-ui 서비스 시작
  • Putty 또는 Web Console을 사용하여 영향을 받는 vCenter에 액세스하고 service-control --start vsphere-ui 명령을 실행합니다.
                10. 시작 RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines 플러그인 서버
11. Deployer 페이지에서 플러그인 구성 
  • https://vRPA_Management_IP/WDM/#!/welcome에 액세스
  • 플러그인 서버 구성 옵션을 선택합니다.
위의 모든 단계를 완료한 후 RecoverPoint 플러그인이 vCenter와 RPA 클러스터 간에 필요한 모든 통신을 설정할 수 있도록 몇 분 정도 기다립니다. vCenter에서 RecoverPoint 플러그인에 액세스하면 표시되는 모든 세부 정보를 볼 수 있습니다.
