Detta kan inträffa om krypteringsklienten vid något tillfälle har installerats på datorn.

Leta efter en fil med namnet CmgCryptoLib.dll under Windows\System32 och byt namn på den. Servern använder sedan den version av .dll som finns i installationsmappen för tjänsten Kompatibilitetsserver och tjänsten startar.
