PowerFlex：PFMPおよびインストーラのサポートデータを収集する方法

pfmp_support --help

PowerFlex Managerプラットフォームのサポート データを収集します。

1. 必要に応じて、データ収集実行可能ファイルを転送します。 pfmp_supportを、すべてのPowerFlex Managerプラットフォーム(PFMP)クラスター メンバー ホストにコピーします。
   このユーティリティーは、PFMPインストーラーの PFMP_Installer/scripts ディレクトリーを削除します。
2. クラスター メンバー ノードの1つで、次のようなスーパーユーザー権限を持つユーザーとしてデータ コレクション ユーティリティーを実行します。 rootの詳細を確認してください。

3. PFMPクラスターが複数のノードで構成されている場合は、残りの各ノードで、userなどのスーパーユーザー権限を持つユーザーとしてユーティリティーを実行します。 root、共有Kubernetesデータ コレクションをスキップします。

# /root/pfmp_support --skip-kubernetes-shared

4. すべてのクラスター メンバー ノードから、結果として得られたサポート バンドル ファイルをPowerFlexサポートに提供します。
   デフォルトでは、バンドルファイルの名前は /tmp/powerflex-pfmpsupport/pfmpSupport.tgzの詳細を確認してください。

1. PowerFlex Managerプラットフォーム(PFMP)インストーラー ホストで、データ コレクション ユーティリティーを実行します。 pfmp_supportスーパーユーザー権限を持つユーザーとして rootの詳細を確認してください。
