手順

Plan of action to mitigate this issue:
  1. SSH to Avamar as admin.

  2. Switch over to root.

  3. Navigate to the location /etc/vcs

  4. Locate the file dm.properties.
    Locate the file dm.properties.
     
  5. Edit the file using “vi” editor.

  6. Locate the key “keep_deploy_failed_proxy”.

  7. Modify the value of the key to “true”.

  8. Save and quit the “vi” editor.
  9. Now, try to redeploy the proxy. If it fails again, you will still have the proxy retained on the vCenter to further troubleshoot and provide the details to support.
